Water leak inside trailer - kitchen sink cabinet
We have water coming out from under the sink of our 2014 23 ft Intl - nothing in the cabinet seems wet - none of the pipes from the sink - everything seems dry under the bed near the hot water heater - and in access cabinets under pantry and closet. Any ideas on where this could be coming from?

Hey @CRH my husband says that the toilet seems unlikely because it's on the other side of the trailer - he thinks it may have something to do with the fresh water tank but we aren't sure. Have you had a similar problem caused by the toilet flush valve?

Yes...I just replaced my flush valve this week. Couldn't fig out why hallway carpet was getting wet. I thought toilet line was loose and tightened. I left water hooked up at home two days with dry carpet. Went on next trip and had wet spot within hours. Found valve only leaked when the toilet was flushed.

Do you have a water purifier under the kitchen sink. Not having the cartridge one correctly will give you a wet floor, too...been there. Done that.

Hi, my trailer leaked under the sink during our Alaska trip; The sink drain pipes were loose. They tighten by hand and were loose. Reach under the sink and check the drain pipes. No tools needed.

Hey all thanks for the replies.
So a few more details - there is nothing wet under the sink - the pipes are tight and leak free and we do have a water purifier but nothing seems wet around it. Just a small amount of water coming out at that seam at the front of the sink. We have vinyl floor and don't see anything happening when we flush toilet.
Tonight we turned off all the water and turned off the pump (we had had it on while traveling) and drained some water out of the fresh water tank and it seems to have stopped. We think this only happens on travel days - we've noticed it before as a wet front door mat. Also it rained the last two days - so we're wondering if water is collecting somewhere or if the water is sloshing out of the fresh water tank while driving - does that make any sense?

Hi, my trailer had a fresh water leak when brand new; We noticed water on the floor right after we filled the tank for the first time. What I found was when the factory installed the vinyl flooring, while trimming the vinyl, they accidentally cut my filler tube. You could tell from the line where they trimmed the vinyl was in line with the cut in the hose.

We had exactly the same problem but also saw water under the sink in our trash can. Our water filter was installed backwards (per the arrows on each end indicating correct flow). Turned it the correct way and added plumbers tape on the threads to fix the leak. We also saw water under the front door mat.
The leak would only occur when water was under pressure (outside source or pump on).

I had the same leak when I first got my 23', it was the water filter connection. One side of it was loose and missing the end seal. My undersink cabinet shelf wasn't wet, the water seeped down the wall behind the filter and ran down. Don't see how it could be anything other than that section of the plumbing or possibly the drain pipe, as referred to above, since there is nothing else under there.
Although I guess anything is possible, with the fresh water tank being towards the rear of the trailer and under the floor, might be hard for it to slosh water all way to the front. Good luck in tracking it down.

Thanks so much @vsgunte and @tinbender - you guys saved our trip! We were thinking we'd have to go back to Jackson Center for some big repairs (we were just there a little over a week ago for our first time) but after your posts I urged Jim to look at the water filter and sure enough it was dripping just like tinbender said so we removed the filter and hooked up to city water again and hooray no leaks! We are thinking we may just leave that filter off for now - we didn't use one on our 19 ft and we did fine without it. Since you both kept yours in we'd be open to hearing pros and cons of leaving it off.
