Water Flow Problem

2016 Flying Cloud
I turn pump on and pressure does not seem very good compared to past trailer I owned. I verified flow at 1 gallon at 1.5 minutes from the cold side faucet.
Seems low and it takes 10-12 seconds to rebuild pressure. I have verified all connections. The pump is rated at 3 gallons a minute. Could someone verify what their flow rate is?

Sounds like a loose connection in the system causing the pump to suck in air before drawing water.

The facet can be restricted. Perhaps with construction materials. Try taking the aerator off, it has a restriction in it, or running two facets at the same time.

My trailer had a long run time to reach maximum pressure when it was plumbed with the gray tubing, 5-8 seconds.

Update: As it turned out they removed nozzles and cleaned debris from construction and now I have great pressure and quick recovery.

I have a 1989 Safari, 25 ft. As the water turns hot the flow drops from reasonable to a trickle. This is true for hand bowl, sink and shower. Before the water turns hot the flow is normal as is the cold at all times. The previous owner told me about the problem prior to my purchase. He replaced the water heater and the kitchen faucet which work fine, other than the flow problem.
any ideas?

62BAMBI Check the washers on the hot water tank bypass valves. My washers were stuck on the seat of the valve. I had good cold pressure and 25% hot pressure, before I figured it out. Hope this helps. streaminwild
