We've been using our '70 Landyaht as our kitchen /bath while we remodel the house this summer. It was the first time I had hooked up to city water. I was concerned about the hobbled together plumbing holding up to constant pressure at turned off water supply most nights. Forgot last night and prepared my coffee standing on soggy carpet. Small leak in one of the rubber hoses. Damn.
Got the carpet and pad ripped out and water looks mostly confined to kitchen area. I figure the insulation in floor is soaked. What are the options to dry that out? Pretty hard to find the time to drop the pan since I'm just getting going on the house. Any thoughts? Thanks for your help.
On the plus side we had wanted to rip out the nasty shag since we got the trailer so at least we get a new floor out of the deal.
