Sewerage Drain?

In need of advice... This past week while getting ready to pack up and leave I attempted to drain the sewerage, however on my 69 Globetrotter the lever appears to be stuck. I didn't want to take a chance forcing it so I continued to pack up and head for home. Before attempting to drain tank, advice please ... don't want to break anything, I've sprayed WD 40, but it didn't help. Advice Please...
