Rusted-out Shore Water Intake Tray-2005 30' Classic

Some spring work coming up before any further travel! My shore water intake tray is now heavily rusted and likely to soon quit supporting the shore water intake and fresh water tank discharge connections. What are my options?
Try unscrewing the rusted screws, remove the whole tray and find a local metal worker to replicate it?
Order in a replacement tray?
Other advice?

Airstream sells a stainless steel replacement insert. A bit pricy but the best way to go. I did it last year and happy with it. When you order you must note if it's a left or right side for the fresh water inlet so be sure and note which you have. A decent sheet metal shop probably could make one also.
