Need help w/ Re-plumbing sink in '59 18'er

Hi All,
I'm planning to re-plumb my 59 18'er, just the kitchen sink.

The way it was set up was the pump pushed the water from the tank to the sink and the sink drained to a plastic tub which vented through the roof, and was drained as seen the attached pic. I don't remember if there was a trap in the system anywhere.

What's a good quiet pump to buy as replacement?
Can it simply be powered by a car battery as was previously?
Plastic hoses for all this plumbing?
Do I need to catch the water in a tank, vent it, and punch through the belly to drain? (isn't there a simpler way, like a bucket? sort of joking!)

Thank you kindly!
Jeph

Pretty basic system as they are in use today. This is how I set mine up. I used PEX for the fresh water lines and ABS for the waste water lines. For the pump, I used a Shur-Flo. They all make noise but this one isn't too bad. Keep the PEX away from the walls and cabinetry and it won't rattle as much. Collecting the grey waste water is required in some places and for that you can use one of those Blue Totes that come with two wheels so you can move it around to dump when its full. Don't get too big of one or they are a bear to move if you forget to empty when it half full.

That battery should be mounted outside, to avoid the danger of explosive gas inside the trailer. It looks like you have a pressurized water tank, with a little air compressor to push the water out. You could convert this to a Shur-flo. Just get a tote for the gray water.
