how to get to pipes running through lavatory

Soooooooooooooo..... as my husband did not winterize our 97 Excella 21fter he has been replacing piping. Now, any clues as to how to get to the pipes that run around the toilet and shower to the water heater/ We got those pipes under the bed and under the lavatory sink or whatever that is called. Now the pipes between the bed and under the sink. Any good clue how to access there?
Thanx all you brilliant ones.
