I have an '84 Sovereign. I noticed a small amount of water weeping up between the slats of my faux wood vinyl floor between the end of the bed and the wardrobe area. Last night, I was lying in bed and it was very quiet and I started to hear the drip, seemingly right underneath me. I got up, shut off the water and the drip stopped. Today I pulled up the bed and there is no evidence of a leak, But when I turned the water back on the weeping began anew. Any ideas?
Jim
No, the water heater is at the foot of the bed on the left side of the trailer (driver side).
I checked the water heater and there are no obvious leaks, but some the water from the intake/water heater is weeping under the floor. Jim
One - it's a pressurized water issue. GOOD, you can control that and the trace is easier than a skin leak. Just follow all the water lines as best you can until you locate the leak. What's bad is you have to wait to find it to use the water system. Access can be a real pain in locating these. Post a floor plan or some pictures. All of the furniture can come out - it's not easy but they did set it up to access all the fittings from the inside. Is this the location of the outside hook up area. mine leaked at that connection.
Isn't there a pressure regulating valve in some units in that location. try searching the forums for that and see if the pictures of the location look like it might be yours.
