Help! with my toilet...pedals are stuck..

My 75 Argosy has the original toilet, but the flush pedals are stuck. Is there something I should be turning or flipping or destroying in a mad frenzy? There's no water in it, does that make a difference? These things are IMMOVABLE. It almost seems like there should be a bolt to loosen or something.

Thanks in advance for anyone that can help.

Just posted this suggestion on another thread with the same problem.

Yes there should be water in the poo hole.

Mine was also dry when we got our old "63" Safari.

DW suggested Avon Skin So Soft, damned if one 6oz bottle didn't do the

trick, pour it in' let it set overnight and try again in the morning.
