Gray water dump valve in bambi...

My Bambi only has one waste tank (black water tank). As you can imagine this is quickly filled up from shower and sink usage.

After reading many of the threads about the pros & cons of dumping gray water I've decided that I'd like to install an outlet valve for both the shower and sink. I'll primarily use this on my property. I'm okay with this...especially because California is currently in a drought and I can use bio-degradable soap.

I'm not looking to debate the pros/cons of dumping gray (touchy subject, I know).

I'm wondering - has anyone retrofitted a Bambi to make it possible to do so? If so I'd love to hear from them...

Sro... grey water does not hurt plants, the eco system or animals.

-Urine is sterile.
-Shower in a shower tent outside of your trailer.
-Use a washing pan in your sink to wash dishes and toss the water into a thirsty bush.

If you camp at a RV Park with hookups... no problem
If you camp at a RV Park with no hookups, but a dump station, no problem.
If you camp in the woods in dispersed camping... take a shovel along.
If you camp at a Forest camp ground, use the latrine. Smell will not hurt you.
If you are uneasy squatting in the forest, I cannot help you any more.

Gray water dump valve in bambi...

Adding a grey tank and separate dump valve is what I am working on now in my 61 Bambi. Originally no grey tank, only black. New grey tank will be under kitchen counter.

Trailer has just been repainted after gutting it a few months ago. Will be installing new black tank, new dump valves, and new toilet this weekend. At least that's the plan!
(Shower will continue to free flow to slinky, but sink will have its own grey tank)
