City Water In Box

I have a 2010 27FB Classic without a spec of rust on it, except for the box where the city water comes in.




It is steel and rusting badly. It won't last much longer. This however is not my immediate problem. This is:



The quick connect fitting was left in too long and has corroded into place and I can't get it out.

Can anyone tell me how to get into this box. Short of sawing a hole in the bottom of it, I can't figure out how to get in there.

When in doubt - break out the saw.



After getting in there, I can see that there was no other way to get in there. This stuff was put in below the floor at the factory with zero play.

I have to find one of these that is within about 1/4 inch of the same depth or I will have to cut into the PECs and give myself some play.
