Blackwater tank size for full time living

Hello Everyone,

I am in process of rebuilding a 68 land yacht (mostly interior) from the frame up. Almost to plumbing now! What size of grey and backwater tank is sensible for two people living full time in an Airstream? Currently I am looking at a 30 gal. grey and a 30 gal. black water tank. Any suggestions from experience would be great.

We have 45 gal fresh, 45 gal gray, and 26 gal black. That gets the two of us through a 4 or 5 day stay without needing to dump gray or black. I do need to add fresh water, but that's fairly easy.

My 87 Sovereign came from the factory with 50 gal fresh, 35 gal gray and 30 gal black. We have never run out of fresh or filled the other two in four days. I would suggest a larger gray tank than black tank because of showers and dish washing.
