Black colored water when flushing toilet

We have a 2 month old 27' FB International. Last weekend when we first arrived at the camp, when the toilet flushed the water from the pipes was "black". Not in the waste tank. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Check/change out your inline water filter, often found under the sink. We had the same issue and it was charcoal from the filter.easy fix!

...and enough of this "activated carbon" will also considerably restrict your water flow. Don't ask how I know this.....

you don't say whether you were hooked to camp water or filled at home. I had this once and the camp ground had "shocked" their h2o lines and I filled my fresh tank with mud. Took alot of flushing to clear and sanitize. The TT had a large dump valve which made it easier
