You most likely have plastic drain plumbing. Remove the bottom section of the trap and see if it is clear. If the trap is clear remove the stopper from the sink and check the piping down to the trap. Thing often hang up on the stopper mechanism.

If both are clear reinstall the trap and try putting a garden hose in the vent and make sure the vent is clear by flushing it with the hose. If the vent take water, about a gallon, should prove it is clear.

Don't forget to try an old-fashioned basin plunger, it may clear a clog. And try very hot (not boiling) water. Hardware stores also have a low cost plastic item that works great for clearing hair and similiar clogs from small drains.

After you do all that is necessary to get things flowing again, I'd suggest getting an inexpensive electric razor or switch to a shaving gel for use in your trailer. I did. Most plumbers will tell you that shaving cream is the worst thing you can put down a drain. As a matter of fact, when my son attended Army basic training two years ago, the recruits were told NOT to bring shaving cream with them, but to bring a gel. I'm not a chemist, but there must be a difference, even the army can't stand clogged drains
