34' Excella toilet spray?

I have taken my AS out once since I purchased it and noticed the toilet would spray a little fresh water from the rear base when flushing. I didn't use an external pressure reg in hopes that the internal one was functional. Is my problem a failed reg or do I need to pull the toilet up?

Pull the toilet.

You should find that the "water flush valve" s leaking.

You can purchase replacement flush valves. The seal is most likely dried out.

Don't Purchase a new valve

The problem is your flush valve. If you remove the part you will see that this shaft is turned when you step on the pedal. You can remove the flush shaft and replace the O-ring with one from lowes. I did this 2-3weeks ago with no issue. I think a pack of 20 rings cost me .89, so this is much cheaper. If you have any questions feel free to pm me.

I have replaced the flush valve and found that the spray is coming from the valve near the top of the toilet. The PO had used an excess of grey silicone around the piping. I see a new aquamagic in my future...

The best fix was a new unit. $169 fixed all the leaks!
