1995 hot water tank leak

It looks like the hot water tank isa leaking on my `1995 Excella. Is this a common problem? could water be coming from someplace else ? The hoses in the area do no seem to be leaking. Water is driopping from the rear corner of the Tank , Is this an easy fix?
