1987 27 ft Sovereign toilet flange question

Hello,

Wondering if someone here can kindly help us out with a situation. Our 87 Sovereign had a Thetford Bravura in it. We have removed it and would like to update the bathroom and add a Dometic 310 series (china) toilet. However we discovered that the flange is glued to the sub-floor/waste tank and we have been told we can't install a Dometic 310 series toilet. Different posts/fittings. Is this absolutely true?Is our only option to install a new Thetford Bravura? Please let there be an alternative product out there for an RV that is less bulky and only available in plastic. Many thanks!

Hey,

I'm in the same boat.. 1985 29' Sovereign
All I have found online that it glued. I will advise. It's always the kitchen and bath that takes a little move work when all you wanted to do was replace the carpet...............

Hi
I have a 1985 Sovereign and want to install the same Demotic 310 . From what I have found out it is threaded and may be stubborn. I will let you know what happens tomorrow.
