1973 Tradewind bathroom faucet - little hot water comes out

Greetings,

I'm in need of a little help before I begin taking the bathroom sink, two handled faucet apart. My problem is....the right hand faucet (cold water) works great and has lots of pressure, but the left hand faucet (hot water) only dribbles. I have good pressure to the shower head for both hot and cold along with the same for the galley. I suspect it may be a washer or blockage but know nothing about older faucets and how they work or are repaired. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Also, can you still get these faucets? Are they Moen? The faucet is a combination unit and is about 4+ inches wide with the two handles.

Thank you
