I can't speak for everyone, but I didn't get a response to my request for a CD.
I'm lucky enough to have an original manual, trust me there's not a lot of useful information in there, but I will try and get it scanned.
If there are specific areas that you need, let me know and I'll start with these.
Because I shipped my GT to the UK there was a lag between actually owning it and seeing it. In the time between the two, I purchased a manual off ebay, which to be honest has the same info in plus a few other bits and bobs from other years as well.
I think, but I'm not sure, you can still get a reprint of the manual from AS
