Your trailer have a personalized plate?
Do you have a personalized plate on your trailer . Mine current plate is 63AIR and I have been thinking about a change since residents of Illinois can now check on line to see what is available. Our combinations seem limited compared to other states ( our convicts must not be as skilled as those in other states).
Just like to hear about the plates that others have. Always fun to see a good one when traveling.

hi all
My airstream plate is a Californian plate with my French numbers. I roll with but it is strictly interdict in France. (180 usd by the police). when one likes one does not count.

Mine was "2 AN FRO." But now in Michigan you get a permanent trailer license plate with no vanity plates available unless you were fortunate enough to have had it in existence before they went permanent and keep that same trailer. Still, I have and I may travel with that plate again carrying the active one and papers of course. I am still weighing the alternatives...hmmm...vanity vs penitentiary.

We just got ours! Our trailer used to belong to Ferlin Husky the Grand Ole Opry Country star. So our Airstream has a FERLIN plate and the Suburban has a HUSKY plate. We were already Ferlin fans before we bought the airstream.
We are the 4th owners. Ferlin Husky was the first.

Airdrmn
I just ordered personalized CA plates for my 67 Safari. They read "AIRDRMN."
Hmmm, maybe now I should get new plates for my tow vehicle that say "AIRDRMR"?!

My choice was "Luftzug", which means Airstream in German. I just never made it to the DMV or on the DMV site to order it. One of these days..

Hi there;
Here are mines on the door and I try to collect one m/c plate for each US states visited ; I love AZ licenses plates and very much the copper ones ( early 30's ) since I'm a license plate collector .
When i'm in campgrounds, it's fun to replace my french plate with an american one... all people think we are American... Great !
Bruno.

I'm keeping the original black plate...
Uwe,
Go to http://www.dmv.ca.gov , you can make a plate, see what it looks like and check if it's available.

See our Avatar. The plate is on our tow vehicle. PA does not have personalized plates available for the trailer.

Hi Mike,
Thanks, I was lucky it was still with the trailer. I did have a helluva battle with the CA DMV to keep it,damn bureaucrats.

Not yet for our Airstream, but for our TV, the plate reads 2GYPZS. Our Airsteam is "Gypsy" to us, but I haven't settled on a handle for the license plate yet. I'm thinking about GPZWGN for Gypsy Wagon or GPZCVN for Gypsy Caravan.

Our Bambi....
Hello,
We named our Bambi TARDIS. Looked for a license plate, but had to add additional letters/numbers as TARDIS was already taken. So we are
S Tardis
Tardis is from a BBC program (Dr. Who) that is a very, very, low budget Sci Fi program that has been on for at least 20 years.... love the program. Tardis stand for: Time And Relative Distance In Space. We could say the S is for any word that begins with S.... say Super, Stupendous, Silly, Sexy, Silver, etc. We usually say, Silver for the S.
We travel in our S Tardis!
Mrs. NorCal Bambi
Did my picture post????? Don't see it. I will check later, if not I will repost pic.
