You Light Up My Life.......

Deliver me from Debbie Boone......

How about we go with Springsteen's "Blinded by the Light"...

Anyone ever use one of these?

Found this one in may Dad's basement last week. Dirty, dusty and apparently never used.

My grandmother had two when she passed away, and through the confusion and madness of relatives attacking her garage they apparently found new homes.

Very nice find....

My Dad has a knack for "picking up things" and about every 10 years or so he cleans his man cave. So it can be a trip through time when this happens.

Let's see...There is a jail cell door in the garage he picked up years ago. I thought about making it into a glasstop table for my Daughter's apartment. Then there's the 50's era traffic light, and an old fire hydrant.

I did pick up some baubles from my Mom's stained glass studio while I was there. Recently she made some stained glass ladies purse mirrors for a show and they sold like hotcakes, so I asked her to make me a couple in a vintage trailer design. Here's what she came up with.

I thought they were cool. My teen something Daughter was not impressed. She thinks old trailers are stupid!
