You have a "Blog" or "Website"??

In an effort to make the WBCCI Blue Beret better, I'm going to start working up an article on Airstream "Blog's" and "Websites".

The plan is this, find blogs/websites dealing with Airstreams, Airstream travels, Airstream families, etc... and do something as simple as "Copy/Paste" (with the owners permission) and create something that can but put in the BB for all to read.

The first article could be an "intro" into the world of blogs/websites, the blog/website itself and the people that created it.

Then over the next year follow about 5 or so blogs/websites knowing some may die off, others maybe added, etc.... much like we know it happens out on the internet.

So, if you have a blog/website, will allow me and the WBCCI to use the contents, let me know.

You can place the link here and give me and the WBCCI permission to use your contents.

I plan to write up the first couple of articles, present them to the "BB" for publication hoping they will say OK with the idea for a one year run.

Thoughts??

Blogs/Websites??

I think it would also be good to publish "how to's", perhaps as one of your first articles, on what a blog is, how to set one up, and how to set up a web site. My wife has set up a web site for her class at her school (she teaches 2nd grade) so parents can access it for homework and newsletters, etc. but some might find it helpful to find out how to do it. In the process, you would get more "material" for your articles.

I would like to know options for hosting blogs and web sites for my own personal use.

Our blogsite, formerly just a website, is pretty new, not a lot of articles yet, though, of course, the plan is for that to change! The link is in my signature.

Feel free to use my blog. My email addy is in my blogger profile. Blog link is in my signature below.

So sorry I didn't reply sooner. Didn't feel right speaking up and not being a WBCCI member. But now that hubby joined as an at large member earlier this week, I feel I can participate!

Good luck on this endeavor!
/Lois
