My wheels (original Aluminum) are 6x15, six hole at 5 1/2 inches and zero offset. I am not sure what size the center hole is.

The correct wheel is 15 X 6 inch, 6 hole on a 5 1/2 inch bolt circle, zero offset, and must have a rating of at least 2600 pounds.

I measured the center hole on my spare and it is 3 1/2 inches in diameter.
