Red face what waiting for spring can bring

This picture helps show what can happen when you don’t follow the “75 degree temperature band” or at least leave town when the dreaded “white” is forecast.
Spring NEEDS to get here SOON !

Snowed yesterday while I was working on the inside of the Sovereign. Several weeks ago it was 70 degrees. Here it is this morning while I was wishing for spring to get here.

C'mon Craig! We still go 70mph if it's not staying frozen on pavement... Not! With any luck your snow will last until Monday.

It is hard following the 'Harley' rule of not bringing our Airstream out until a good spring rain has washed the salt off highways.

Nice Enkays! Lookin' at some myself...

Those be Enkay Rock Tamers. Available locally if you talk to RV dealers or truck detailers...

brrrr - you guys never see snow???? We could only dream of no snow...mind you we can not complain this winter - has been very mild - lots of rain in fact it rained for 2 weeks and still we have snow to show for our winter. We are finally getting the cold weather and winter is feeling like winter - just in time....

We have moved her up the driveway close to the house up on the wood blocks and tee hee wood wedge chocks for hieght the little orange ones don't cut it in the snow....

Just looking out the window on a sunny day and 5 more sleeps to go before we head down to the sunny south for 4 weeks....

Tim,
I think even Cabela's now is selling them. I found that leaving them on with my Hensley Arrow was more simple than taking them off and throwing them in the back of the pickup. I'm now thinking about buying some of those rope lights to entertwine around the Enkays so that they are illuminated at night to prevent anyone from stumbling over them at the campground. The Enkay Rock Tamers do an excellent job of keeping rocks off the front of the trailer.
