What is this???

Found this in my AS and have no idea what it is. The only marking in it says "Rostfrei" which after a Google search is a company that makes knives and cutlery. But not sure what this particular item is.

Anybody?

I believe it is a cigar cutter.

Yep, a cigar v-cutter. Looks to be a nice one, too. I might have to find one for myself.

That thought had crossed my mind but I didn't realize they cut a v-notch in them. Interesting though. Neither of my grandparents smoked a cigar so I wonder if it was from the original owner.

There are three basic cuts used. Straight, V/Wedge and a Punch/Hole. A neat find. Congrats.
