I think it means "don'tcha think??", something to that effect.

I use that emoticon all the time, and that's what I use it to mean.

I take it to mean, "Ain't I great?!" Or something similar to show that I'm impressed with myself. Which happens a lot less often as I learn more about just how much I still don't know…

It looked like it was puffing itself up. Body builder, muscles or power all sound good. I was afraid it might have meant Big Blowhard
