James, ordinarily I'd agree with you, but this thread began because of a complicated situation Lou and I have been involved with for some time now. In the interest of "playing nice", I'll leave it at that.

Funny,

12 years in the Army....never seen it.

Not that I don't want to, but just never have time.

Funny! That's exactly what I called the "compliments" we used to get from a previous boss. It just killed him to say anything positive without turning it into a backhanded compliment

I guess I must be stupid. Seems to me that if you want to discuss an issue with someone, giving them private bad karma doesn't do much. How about a pm expressing exactly why you are disagreeing with their position?

Or just go off and do something else. No sense burning holes in your gi tract.

Pat.

and please don't give me bad karma. I have little enough of the good stuff as it is. Except for scotch. I'm ok for now.

I've seen a few "hairy" threads on the forum but I have to admit that I must have missed any that developed into problems. I've learned a wealth of information from the forum and respect the information that is posted in the threads. Some observations do not always coincide with what I have found with regard to solar output/length of battery output but, ya know, it could be differences in the systems and electrics in different trailers. I also had great luck with the Hydravac disc brake system while others had trouble. I guess we are all products of our experiences and I have to respect what others have experienced. I've had my feelings hurt on a forum in another area and never went back, wouldn't give them the time of day even 2 years later. I'd rather not see us lose members due to disagreements and would hope that all members would defer on the side of caution.
