Question What did your Airstream get for Christmas?

What did you get your Airstream for Christmas (or Hannukah) this year?
Ours got a new set of clearance lights, and an aluminum folding tray table.

A fantastic fan. The new polished 5 spoke mag wheels haven't arrived yet but we'll roll them past it's storage shed when they show up and let it have a look. New shoes for baby come spring time....my wife thinks I'm one sick puppy. B)

Every day is christmas for our Airstream!

The last thing I bought for her was (another) a bamboo runner for the floor.

I am afraid I am spoiling our Excella. She is getting new upholstery for the "L" shaped lounge area, new wood laminate floor, repair to the heating system vents, and new drapes from Ambruso. Also had her propane tanks recertified and filled with the addition of a new OPD valve for one of them.

Now that "winter" is here and it is cool and comfortable outside, I will get to repolishing the exterior so that we will be ready for the Florida State Rally.

Winter is time for fixing all the little things that go wrong on our summer trips.

Merry Christmas, Feliz Navidad, Happy Hannukah to all members of the forum.

Just went out and sat in the "Twink" to tell him about the new GPS system I got his dad and how much fun we're going to have next Spring and Summer. Got new curtains for the bathroom and a new bolster for the back bed.

I got my 1976 Sovereign a brand new Intel-Power converter complete with extended warranty. It is so much lighter than the old boat anchor it replaces, I will be able to trade my new Chevy Duramax Diesel pickup for a Chevy S-10.

We got the trailer "sheet belts"; little elastic cinches to hold the sheets on in the rear bed in the Bambi. Not too big, but the trailer did get a new early preset last week: A new 310HP V8 Touareg (up from he 220HP V6), and a backup camera. I tried the camera and hitching last night. I was able to get exactly under the tongue in one try!

In this case, VW played the role of Santa by agreeing to buyback my old vehicle with absolutely no usage fee for two years. I paid the difference to upgrade to the V8.

Merry Christmas!

Santa (daughter) got Airstream (Dad) a National Geographic Road Atlas. But its not your ordinary road atlas. This one is the new “RV & Camping Edition,” a new product I’m told.
It appears quite comprehensive- -lots of detail and easy to use.
And if it help us get lost so much the better.
