Nothing, wouldn't go near a store on Black Friday, IMHO it's a heck of a way to start the Christmas season.

Four new tires for a utility trailer, while en-route to my brother's place in Birmingham, AL on a long distance haul.

Hi from GA. . . found a 13 ft folding ladder on sale in a Home Depot flyer, and went 'on line' and found free shipping included BUT, while having trouble connecting the HD site/purchase, went over to Amazon.com and found same ladder, heavier rating, at same sale price, ordered same, no tax, no shipping, no leave my chair.......a very civilized Black Friday ! And ........also welcome to Pepthedog. regards, Craig

Congradulations ! What a great purchase and I bet you didn't get pepper sprayed trying to buy it. I NEVER shop on Black Friday but I'm in wholesale watches so it's a tradition for me to work it. It was busy and we sold a lot that day! Crazy. But I'm glad people are out shopping.

The portable shower looks like a portable outhouse!

No Black Friday in Canada. We riot at the malls on Boxing Day. (Day after Christmas).

Hi, Boo-Boo loves his bed, but if I wash it a few more times, it will fall apart. [has been patched already]

Nichevo. Nyet. Nada. Nothing. Black Friday is some kind of weird joke played on the the populace. I hope I wasn't unclear in my opinion.

I picked up lots of great gifts at great prices and basically finished my shopping. BUT I did it all snuggled in my covers with my MacBook on Wednesday & Thursday nights while everyone else was sleeping. Nothing sold out before I got to it and I didn't have to deal with any rude people. I spent Friday with my family for another thanksgiving dinner.

Went to Camping World to check out the sales and buy something for my sister and brother-in-law. Walked away empty handed and somewhat disappointed. They said their sales are way down on black Friday (people go shopping elsewhere) so they don't really have much in the way of discounts that day ....

For this reason I read this thread with interest, to see if Camping World was mentioned or patronized....

I find that their prices are a little high. However, it's difficult to find some things that I need unless I shop on line.

Ace

Meet Ace, he's a Westie or West Highland White Terrier and he's eight weeks old.

Not sure you can really buy a puppy, adopt may be a better word although even though he's only been in our lives for 36 hours I think he adopted us not the other way round.

We were camping for the past few days and brought him home on the last leg of our trip, he was a perfect passenger on the 250 mile trip home. He futzed around for the first 15 minutes or so then settled in like a trooper and relaxed in my wife's lap while I towed the A/S home.
