Not sure you can really buy a puppy, adopt may be a better word although even though he's only been in our lives for 36 hours I think he adopted us not the other way round.

We were camping for the past few days and brought him home on the last leg of our trip, he was a perfect passenger on the 250 mile trip home. He futzed around for the first 15 minutes or so then settled in like a trooper and relaxed in my wife's lap while I towed the A/S home.
So far the very best purchase. Love your little new one.

I know you are going to be very happy. We also bought something for our Airstream....a GMC Yukon Denali in Jewel Red tow vehicle......hope she tows as well or better than our Tundra.....paula

As a gentleman in a campground said to me while nodding at our classic Buick convertible and vintage Airstream, "Ahhhh, good ole American iron and good ole American aluminum"!

We named her Scarlet

And she was assembled in Arlington, TX......but I have to admit Infiniti makes a very nice QX56 that has cameras on the rear, front and side mirrors.....it was very tempting but we think the Denali may be a better value.....the built in brake controller is not working...hope it works by Thursday....we have a rally this weekend. paula

Paula, you need to hook up the two red wires taped up by the underhood electrical canter and the main harness just below the brake master cylinder.

See the owner manual. for location and explanation.

Bought a Kindle Fire. With the airlines limiting my baggage, I needed a more compact way to get email and net than my present netbook.

Thanks for the tip, I've seen those.

If I could stomach a wet and runny egg. I'm the person who orders eggs at restaurants cooked to the point of being browned.

What I love about the silicone in our little Interstate is that it is so flexible, and squishes nicely into places in a cabinet where something rigid might not fit.

Sandy got a complete set of bright red silicone utensils just for the AS, I wouldn't work with anything else. There so flexible, you can stuff them anywhere.
And slippery?..nothing sticks!

Boy I Love that trailer.

Window Shopping

We didn't purchase anything on Black Friday but saw the huge lines at Best Buy and lines of cars on the exit ramps going towards the malls as we drove home from the central valley late Thursday night after spending Thanksgiving with family.

We did, however, go out to dinner on Friday. Sadly, no Thanksgiving leftovers and we were starving. So we guess you can say we bought dinner. We went to Embarcadero Center in San Francisco and watched the ice skaters at Justin Hermann Plaza and then had dinner at One Market across the street. We'll post images later on the "What's For Dinner Tonite?" thread later.

We hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.

Pep---By far, the best Black Friday purchase, guaranteed to bring you plenty of fun. Hope to see you around the area- we are up around Gainesville and I think we walked through that unit before it sold...congrats!
What did we buy on Black Friday?Hmm...one sixpack of Mike's hard lemonade,a six pack of beer, two Coral Bay Regatta T-shirts to start out the Gaffer's day race....Came in first- 30 min ahead of the next boat and 2hours ahead of the third...traditional class under 40'.It's a yearly event....so happy to have missed the crowds at the mall to enjoy some caribbean sun and fun.

Mmmm, sound lovely.

I pick up silicone spatulas wherever I find them---have all shapes, sizes, lengths. Especially like the red ones for the Interstate.

I splurged on a set of nesting silicone bowls for the RV some time ago---red---that are also flexible and can be used for reheating leftovers as well as food prep. Perfect!

Black Fridays are a nightmare to be avoided, IMO, but there were plenty of deals to be had online on cyber-Monday. Eddie Bauer had 40% off everything, plus free shipping, and LLBean 30% off plush free shipping.

Made some good purchases for hubby and me, for things that just don't wear out.

This year I stayed in and hid from the crowds. Couple of years ago got a great deal on two Honda 2000's from Northern Tool on Black Friday/
