The $$$ helped to make this possible. A Bambi facelift, 2 shiny new front wraps and a rock guard.

I've raised my youngest Daughter alone since she was 11 and she's leaving for college this year. So I'm springing for a session with professional photographer (Tomorrow) before she leave's the nest.

With no more direct responsibilities at home I'll be spending more time in the AS keeping the Flamingos company.

Since I had to pay about $3k to the government, and I haven't gotten my $600.00 check, I guess I have time to think about what I'll do with all the money. Six tanks of gas?????? Oh boy.

Put it all in my wife's account so it would not burn a hole in my pocket. This way it will be there when I need to pay school taxes this fall.

Almost gone

We bought a set of salvaged (but good) rock guards for Isadora. Plus a lot of little stuff for the trailer, and new glasses for Sandy , the better to read these posts with....and a new water heater for the Argosy also is in the near future.

Haven't decided:

Solar power and maybe a little hula dancer bobble

Actually I take that back, I'm buying some gas so I can hit the road

We're stuffing the Ambassador's shelves with goodies...our local super market chain (Raleys) has a promotion that adds 10% to your stimulus check on a gift card...so we got a free $60 bucks!

They have their own gas station, so that 'freebie' will probably get stuck in our TV's tank for an extra few tow miles this summer!

Cool A new to me Airstream

Sticking it in the Airstream fund! We received our $1,500 today. Don't get me started on the politics behind this whole affair.

Yea..we finally got stimulated today.

Well, maybe more like a little tickle.

Oil futures, I don't think so.

Put it under the mattress and save it for our July Fourth AS trip.

Our Provincial government just mailed out everyone a cheque for $100 to make us all feel better about the carbon tax that will come into effect next Tuesday. I bought a wall mount bracket for my LCD television that is going into the trailer. I think I was supposed to spend it on being 'greener'.
