Thumbs up Vender appreciation thread...

Post here if you any POSITVE things to say about our registered venders...

I'll start...

BEST CONVERTER!!!

As some of you know I had a bit of a problem last Season with the up-grade of Cloudsplitter's OEM converter. Bottom line...the new replacement failed while "dock'n" first time out. New unit returned, credit applied no problem.
I re-installed OEM and finished the Season. Final decision on how to proceed postponed pending further research.

Well Randy did the research for me, made recommendations and today those recommendations came to fruition. FedEX just dropped off new IOTA 55a.

I'll leave it to Randy to fill in the details if he so chooses, suffice it to say I am one HAPPY STREAM'R.

Thanks Randy, there isn't any better customer service on the planet!!!

Bob

I'm a pretty big fan of our own Lewster. He has been generously available when needed.

Here, here on Lewster. He is great and has helped me on a number of issues.

And you can't say enough good things about Randy with Best converter. Very knowledgeable and always ready to help you out.

You also have to include Andy with Inland RV and his staff. I wish I was close enough to go by for a visit and bring along my Airstream and have them check our my Henchen axle and Kodiak disc brake replacement that I did with their guidance.

Yep, if it wasn't for Lew I never would have gotten the Lifelines.

I too highly recommend Best Converter. I haven't had to deal with Randy once installation of our new Xantrex was complete in the MH, and that is simply because it has performed exactly as advertised. Before we purchased it I spoke with Randy a few times on the phone then just followed his instructions/advice. Knock on wood.

Andy at Inland is always there and very willing to help out also, besides that he has been able to provide a few very hard to find parts for the 345 MH.

Can't forget about Loren Swartz, Service Manager, at our AS Dealer here in VGS as he and his crew have gone way out of their way to help me out many times and from what I see when I'm around there he treats everyone the same and his work shows alot of pride.
