I visited the Arizona Memorial the first trip out, on January 28th, 2007 where WW2 started. I also visited the Battleship Missouri, the same morning, where WW2 ended.
The escaping oil at this point is far more than a drop here or there.
I am a member of the Arizona Memorial Museum Association.
I always visit the store as well.
To my surprise, I saw a couple of flags that were flown on December 7th, 2006, one flown at 1843 and the other at 1845.
I must offer my apology, in that the flags are 3' x 5', not the 4' x 6' as I stated above.
I have one for myself and thought if someone would like to have one, I would be happy to sell it.
I also have a couple of extra 65th Arizona Memorial Anniversary Medallions, that are 24 K gold plated and silver that has a fineness of .999
They weigh 1 Troy ounce and the diameter is 39.25, and is encapsulated in a protective plastic and has a beautiful case, and has it's registration number with it. It has a photo of the ship on one side and the other side has a photo of the Memorial.
I will post a photo of them when I return home.
If someone is interested in these, please make an offer.
