TV Shows

In a recent post I made a reference/joke to a TV show (but I think I was the only one laughing ) which made me think...what IS everyone watching these days? Maybe even some favorites you still love watching re-runs of?

We don't have cable. Broadcast only.
I don't watch the 'drive-by-news' propaganda.

That leaves the occasional football, baseball, hockey game.

TV Shows

Some of my friends like to tease me about being a "child of the television era". As a fan of the situation comedy
, I have a number of current as well as classics that I must see on a regular basis. My regulars include:
  • How I Met Your Mother (CBS)
  • Big Bang Theory (CBS)
  • Mike and Molly (CBS)
  • Two and a Half Men (CBS)
  • Rules of Engagement (CBS)
  • Two Broke Girls (CBS)
  • Last Man Standing (ABC)
  • Suburgatory (ABC)
  • Cougar Town (ABC)
  • The Middle (ABC)
  • Modern Family (ABC)
  • Parenthood (NBC)
  • Happily Divorced (TV Land)
  • Hot in Cleveland (TV Land)
  • Retired at 35 (TV Land)
  • Raising Hope (FOX)
I also enjoy light dramas and often tune into:
  • Glee (FOX)
  • Pan Am (ABC)
  • Desparate Housewives (ABC)
  • Harry's Law (NBC)
When nothing interesting is on network televison or when insomnia prevails, I usually search the cable stations for:
  • The Waltons
  • The Nanny
  • I Love Lucy
  • Golden Girls
  • The Dick Van Dyke Show
  • Hazel
  • My Mother the Car
  • MASH
I am afraid that my television really gets a workout.

Kevin

Ncis, scifi, sports, ghost hunters, absolutely no PBS, very little news. I get my news from the internet and the local paper and local radio. jim
