Trivia - Where can I be found?

I took this sad picture Saturday morning. Forums kudos to the member who can identify the location!

More photos will trickle out during the identification process. I paced it off at 25' length. It has plexiglass windows in place of the 2 roadside cornings -- so hopefully some healthy Airstream is wearing them proudly! But double doors in a 25'? Ver-r-ry in-tuh-resting...

More clues -- I'm posting today for the first time in 10 days.

I saw a 28' slideout parked and a 19' Bambi underway within 20 minutes of this sighting -- but no WBCCI or blue Forums numbers on either.

"Beestream"

I have seen a picture of that poor thing before. I think in the last week or so. Can't remember on what website! Maybe on a vintage restoration website? Anyway I'll keep up with this post to see where it is.

Location

Is it down my (NC) way and maybe I've actually seen it on our travels. We've been in Georgia, Tennessee, Louisiana, Florida, South carolina, Kentucky and Alabama. If you hadn't posted the picture I might have thought I had seen it in a dream .

Front & rear window replacement was done by somebody who knew their business. Fit & riveting were excellent (I guess I didn't go so far as to determine bucked vs. Olympic rivets... ). This makes me think they used this as a roadworthy model for some time.

The 'owner' did not know anything about the year or model. There was no trace of a VIN on the A-frame and the riveted plate by the door was heavily painted and no hint of a VIN was visible. It was very dark for what I could see inside what with having only the 2 streetside windows. The inside was junky and looked like it was being used for storage.

You might also want to check out the dump hoses for those hard to reach hook-ups!

Rick, I had to fly to get there. More horrors -- stayed in an SOB the entire trip!

Paula, did you notice how quickly I edited the state out of the attached photo's license plate?
