Same here. We have a green one that shows up every week to empty the dumpsters. Looks like someone threw away a good looking bike. Where are the windows?

What a cute thread. Nice to look at what else is out there...I wonder if anyone would try to break into that rv--it does look like a garbage truck outside, nice and neat inside...well now grandma used to say its what's on the inside that counts!
I do like the nice and neat drawers that looks really good. Organized for sure!
The dinette area looks fun too. But I think we'll stick with our Airstream.

IIRC the sides fold out or slide out or something. The US military has/had a similar unit that they used in Vietnam. The US units are crank out. Also I think that unit is from Down Under but don't quote me on that.

Why are we in this basket...and where are we going
I enlarged one of the front photos, it says "M*A*N" on the grill. Steering wheel (or something that looks like one) is on the left. That theoretically means it is a European truck, not from Great Britain or Australia.

It certainly looks like a Mercedes Benz Unimog. I'm not familiar with MAN. But it appears to be similar to the 'mog. Look at the axles. I could be mistaken here, but I don't see a "pumpkin" along the centerline of the axle. That would tell me that it's got portal axles, just like a 'mog. Hummvees have portal axles too (of a sort...they are independant suspension whereas the 'mog has live axles, but of the portal type). In fact, so did some old International tractors. With the portal axle, there are generally two gears stacked vertically between the centerline of the wheel and the centerline of the differential (pumpkin). So it gives you more ground clearance by getting the pumpkin up high and away.

Cement trucks are set up that way, and for the same reason, ground clearance into construction sites.
