Time magazine focus on 1968

In case anyone is interested... until 7/21/08, Time magazine has a 40th anniversary edition that highlights 1968, kinda a year in review thing. I purchased it to place in the magazine rack of my 1968 Safari.

Vintage Decorating

While rummaging through an antique store on one trip I found a couple of 1967 Playboys.
I’ll put them on the clothes hamper above the toilet when we have a walk-through.
Always good for a raised eyebrow or chuckle from the unsuspecting.
I like having a few items from that era to bring focus to the vintage nature of the trailer.

I have The National Geographic Magazine dated June, 1957. It has a great article of Wally's Caravan through Europe. Plenty of pictures. The article was written by Norma Miller who was part of the caravan.

I got a 1939 Travel Trailer magazine for our clipper and I have been collecting souvenirs from the 1939 Worlds Fair to outfit the trailer when its finished. Of course thats a long way off... but thats another thread.
