When I was a kid my uncle's car had a leaky windshield, and he had mushrooms growing on the passenger floor mat. He seldom had passengers so it didn't bother him, but one day my Dad asked him to pick me up from school, and I hopped into his car and ..EWWWW. It was very slimy as I recall! That was bad, but in your trailer - that is too gross! I can't believe they didn't think that was a sign of a problem!

Ya know..................speaking of coming thru.................I'de start that repair with a pressure washer and a sand blaster!!!!

Actually, I'm planning to hit your place as a last stop before returning to FL and another 'season'. After the Balloon Fest in ABQ, I'll be going to RVP in Kansas for a quick certification class on their dual compressor basement A/C units, then on to Miami, OK to Newell Coach for a little session there, and on to your joint.

Should be somewhere around the last week of Oct. I'll keep you posted!!!
