You don't have to to far back for this one.

I would like to be able to buy a truck WITHOUT power windows and door locks and uses a key that can be made at the hardware store.

Maybe throw in sealed beam headlights that don't turn yellow and cost big bucks to replace

It had a rain diverter and a bug screen, so that at highway speed the driver could direct cool fresh air directly to his face. The complete device would be less than 2" diameter.
I found these vents to be great, and would purchase one today for the Clipper if one was availabe.
I can not even find any information on these old vents today.

Thats another want, those push out window vents. They were great in the heat when turned all the way back. And they kept the wind a rain out of the car when the window was rolled down to better view that driveway entrance on the left.

Wow, wouldn't those make great battery boxes for an Airstream.

What ever happened "drip rails"?
These new vehicles have such a poor design setup that, when you open the door in the rain or snow, the seat is coverered with whatever falls inside.

Not only that. Don't run the windshield washers if you are driving with the window even cracked. Other wise you will get a shower.
I really miss the wing window. The so called cab vents, usually hidden behind seats or on the post on the doors edge are absolutely worth less.
But I'm from the last century. I still have a daily driver pickup with a cowle
vent and a crank open windshield.
We called it 2-60 air conditioning: 2 windows down and 60 mph.

I for one don't miss wing windows. They made cars SO easy to burglarize! What I miss are engines that didn't require a computer to fix.

Yes, but you didn't have to call AAA when you locked your keys inside, and wing windows were cheap and easy to replace.

What happened the days when you never even locked your car, and maybe left the keys right in the ignition?

We might consider allowing spanking again, besides the bedroom.
