Mike,

Yes. Actually, it's the same plant that can last and last .we plant purples, yellows, burgundy, blues, salmon, and whites in 2 rows each November , and they can weather the rain, heat, and frost..my favorite flower, no extra care needed!!!!..

I think so, Mike..all's I know is that the snowbirds we met at the campground resort came to AZ to get warm, not snowed upon!!! a nice change for us nevertheless!!!..the gardeners on the radio advised cactus gardeners to not get rid of the plants..they would eventually come back!

Soon, Shari, soon! And you have the bonus of all those gorgeous colorful meadows of flowers on the east slopes of the Rockies that burst out in spring and summer. I'm envious.

The crocus are up!

Well, I can see the little stubby heads of my crocus peaking through the not-so-green grass...another week or two. My daffodils are about 2" high too! No sign of the tulips...

It was 55-degrees today...keep that up and they will be here soon! Looks like they all are on target for a first day of spring bloom!

Shari

Shari, I'm excited for you, spring is just around your corner.

We are finally getting some sunny spring-like weather in Tennessee. The trees are just hinting at the thought of showing some leaf.
