You can try Travelocity or Cheap Tickets to get a flight to the Big 12. Do you think it would be safe for us to attend a Big 12 party together? I'm not sure. It should be a great game. I can't figure out who's going to play for the National Championship now. Sure do like the idea of playoff games, but I always have.
Jeremy Maclin (Freshman) hold an all time NCAA football record for all purpose yards. I know what loosing a good player can do to ya . If MU and WVU win next week they will play for the national championship.

We could attend the party together Juel....as long as you wera black and gold.

Should be a great fit for the Aggies. Sherman is a class act. Gig Em!

Let's not forget the annual Thanksgiving "Egg Bowl" between Ole Miss and Miss State. State waited until the final few minutes to polish off Ole Miss...sending their coach on a job hunting trip.

I'll second that!! We support our local quarterback!
Ole Miss and Southern Miss are looking for head football coaches. Ole Miss didn't win a SEC game this year. Maybe Senator Trent Lott will take the job since he's resigning. Lots of jobs open here in Mississippi.

Watching the Sooners makes me sooooooo nervous. Should be a good game. I've been out cleaning the garage and playing in the Airstream.

A nice late hit/facemask on Chase Daniel that wasn't called. I appreciate that the refs are calling the late hits out of bounds, but need to watch the late hits on the QB.

Another turnover spells doom for the Tigers.

Dream On 2despair

Jayhawks will play OU for the Fiesta Bowl, and NOT in the national championship. Kansas is over rated (Still), and MU exposed them last week.

Congratulations, Juel and other OU fans for your win last night. Broke our MU hearts, but life goes on, and though cliche, hope springs eternal. Tigers can look forward to winter's basketball season and renewed effort next fall for a fresh and exciting football season. Here's a salute to all the bowl contenders that will be announced later today. ~G

Looks like both OU and MU will have good returning teams next year. Isn't it a good feeling to have so many great teams here in "the heartland". Seems like it's sometimes hard to get national attention or be taken seriously out here here. We just have to be so much better than the other conferences before ESPN will take note.

Some analysts are saying OU could be #2 after their MU showing, but likely will not since the BCS computer matrix doesn't have them that strong.

I found this particularly nice though "...Kansas played a terrible schedule – the teams it beat had a .417 winning percentage – and lost just last week to Mizzou, which OU beat twice. So count KU out. It just isn't happening."

How's that for your Phoenix? Out of the flames...I don't think so!

Gees...It's just football. My father played for OU, all of my extended family are OU alumni (except me...2 degrees from OSU....OH NO), so no one is more into football than I am, but there's always next year. The BCS is not working as far as I'm concerned, and there's just too much politics in voting, so I think PLAY OFF. I know that won't happen. LSU lost both their games in triple overtime, so we have to give them credit for being a strong team even though they have lost 2. Too much money, too much politics in these bowl games for it to change in my lifetime. The National Champions this year will again not necessarily be the best team in the nation.

Reminds me of politics...you can win office but not neccessarily have all the votes!)
Yes, we did get our MU asses kicked last night...but it was a fun season to watch MU football again.
