Ok....I have been out of Wi-Fi range since my last post.

I see that Billberk braved the icy waters of this thread, but 2Air did not. I guess he was right. The first half of the MU KU game was utter domination by MU. I lost my voice...twice. The oficiating of the game was some of the worst I have ever seen in football (Pro or College). At the end of the night...the Tigers prevailed, and go to avenge their only loss of the season. As for OU losing their QB in the TX tech game...losing a player shows you how good your team really is, as it should never be dependant on one person. Of course, the QB is the person you can least afford to loose. MU lost Pig Brown, our best defensive player, but we still have been getting the job done.

Anyone here know where I can get CHEAP airfare to San Antonio for next weekend? I really want to go to the Big 12 Championship game.

Steve

GO ZOU!

I think OU lost three players in the Texas Tech game. A club can only be so deep before it starts to affect them. However, you may have noticed that Bradford now holds record stats for a Freshman quarterback. He's a hard man to replace no matter how deep the team is. You can try Travelocity or Cheap Tickets to get a flight to the Big 12. Do you think it would be safe for us to attend a Big 12 party together? I'm not sure. It should be a great game. I can't figure out who's going to play for the National Championship now. Sure do like the idea of playoff games, but I always have.

Rumor has it that Tubberville will possibly be the next Texas A&M coach. Too bad those Rebs couldn't hang on to him back at Ole Miss. Who in the world will be available to turn that program around?

Jeremy Maclin (Freshman) hold an all time NCAA football record for all purpose yards. I know what loosing a good player can do to ya . If MU and WVU win next week they will play for the national championship.

We could attend the party together Juel....as long as you wera black and gold.

Let's not forget the annual Thanksgiving "Egg Bowl" between Ole Miss and Miss State. State waited until the final few minutes to polish off Ole Miss...sending their coach on a job hunting trip.

I'll second that!! We support our local quarterback!
Ole Miss and Southern Miss are looking for head football coaches. Ole Miss didn't win a SEC game this year. Maybe Senator Trent Lott will take the job since he's resigning. Lots of jobs open here in Mississippi.
