This is a good thread! I like finding things in old homes or vehicles that i purchase. My MH had a mount of some sort on the door and I asked in this site if anyone knew what is was for (about a year ago). When i took the twin beds apart recently to do some wiring, i found an acrylic map of the United States with many states colored in. Obviously they were the states that the MH has been to. I placed it in it's spot on the door, and many people have asked me about it since.

We found, among other things:

a pair of rusty scissors
a mirror with a rainbow painted on it
magnets of the western states
a penny
a couple of photographs
a roll of shelf paper decorated with pink hearts
and hundreds of dead ladybugs!

It's on our list! We haven't settled on a name yet. Right now we're calling it "Piggybank" because of all the nickels and dimes (quarters, silver dollars, etc.) we're feeding it!

pictures of two guys who were apparently circus workers, because I also found circus route cards or something like that, and even contacted the circus to find out if the people who owned the trailer were still around. They said they hadn't been with the circus for a few years.

owner's manual and receipts indicate one of the P.O.'s name and address, they still live in Kansas!

I can tell you that the year 1394 is the hijri (Islamic) year that corresponds to 1974 on the AD (Christian) calendar. Might be Turkish.

That doesn't look Saudi to me. They have swords and castles, not lions and stars.

I spent several months there and never saw any bronze coins.
