When I was a medical student, I did a rotation at a state hospital mental unit. A schizophrenic patient was there for having tried to kill the UPS delivery man. Coming to the door in brown uniform and all, the guy thought that Nazi's were out to get him. Shot at (missed) the UPS man with a rifle.
This same patient always talked in a monotone. He flatly told me one day that he dreamt I was dead. Really gave me the creeps.
