Anyone have experience with this company from OH? They have a great price and free shipping on a hitch that I'm looking for. Just can't find much good or bad on them before I order.

I've ordered from them several times and always received the items on time and in good shape. I see no problem buying anything from them and I receive sales updates every couple of weeks by email. I have never had to return anything so I don't know about that part of it. The last order I placed with them was in April 2016.
Since you thinking about buying a hitch, I would tell them to make sure it is securely wrapped or boxed to avoid damage from the delivery company.
