Yes, we are painfully aware of that one!

Good luck to both teams! Gotta love this great ball playing -- that is what the World Series is all about!

For posting some really nice photos..Were you at the game?
The last time my son and I were at Fenway, we were so far off to the left you couldn't see the faces of the players..We got rained out..
You gotta love that unique Fenway's history~!

One of my good friends is covering the game from the photo pit and stands and he shares! Right now Fenway tickets are around $1,000 for singles and if you want two or more together figure $1700 each. It is actually chearer for us to go to the game tomorrow in Denver including airfare and hotel.

Give credit where credit is due: The Colorado Rookies do a good job of getting talented people to sing the National Anthem.

Here's a link to the photo page that Rick posted above. It provides some history on Coors Field too.

All kidding aside, 21 out of 22 to get to the World Series was incredible. Colorado's players and coaches will never admit that the 8 day lay off hurt them, but it did. They have some great young players and certainly could be around for a very long time.

I don't think the eight days off had much to do with their lossing. I believe the Red Sox talent scared the you know what out of the Rockies! Yes they are a good team for a National League team but no one plays baseball better than an American League team, and Bost is the best AL team of all time.
