Really kewl "Airstream" hat

If you haven't checked the random links to other Airstream sites, you may have missed this really neat airstream hat.

I don't see the official emblem, I guess you need to add it yourself.

I guess it is to help keep you from hyperventilating when you realize how much that 30' Classic costs...

Surely, "Airstream" is a trademark. How can they call their product the exact same name?

That's a good question. If you go to www.airstream.com it clearly show TM on the logo.

Maybe it ok because one in the name of a company and the other is the name of a model of a product. Well that's my guess.

Anybody know Trademark law?

One being a company name and one being a product is part of it, the other is they are not in direct competition with each other. Two completely different markets. This is as I understand it.

Heck, it's not just the Classic line that one needs a helmet to help the jaw dropping base prices that increase every year, for the past 3 years I've been into Airstreamin', which don't even take into consideration the options and upgrades you'd lay on top of that base price!
