I was taught "A sailor named RED LEFT PORT". Gives you the light color for the port side of a vessel.

Larboard (laddeborde) was an old middle English word for port. It got confusing between larboard and starboard so the English navy dropped it in 1844 although port had always been used when referring to the helm.

GBS LiFeMnPO4 Lithium's they are 3.52 volts per cell. 16 cells for a total of 400 amp hours.

They are the first cells to have passed certification tests for on road use, which requires the cell to not catch fire or explode when dropped, over discharged, over charged, baked, frozen, crushed or pierced with a steel rod.

Each of the cells has a sense board that equalizes the cell voltages and monitors individual cell temp and voltage. All of that is controlled by a EMS (energy management system) which also manages HVC (high voltage cut) and LVC (Low voltage cut) alarm outputs which disconnect charge and discharge circuits.

But that doesn't relate red to port to left, just red to port. I like mine better.

If there's no red port to port, we better hope there's some to starboard. Otherwise, it's gonna be a long trip.

I had a homemade ham and egg and avocado burrito with salsa on fresh cooked tortilla. Best part is I didn't have to go out.

Don't know, but "Speed Hump" signs they use around here add a lot more humor to our drive.

Speed bumps in Mexico are more challenging on motorcycles. Their name translates to 'silent policeman'.

They pour a 4" high by about 12" wide strip of concrete across the road with nearly vertical sides. A complete stop is required to creep up and down with each axle to keep from destroying the tires. Our Goldwing would drag the belly pan before the rear wheel had to go over the mound of concrete.

Speed bumps

Why would anyone spend money and work diligently to install a smooth parking lot or street and then install a speed bump? Insanity! GPS should route around speed bumps and pot holes, but most RVs won't float. Pat
