They sing my theme song, but I found that out after the fact... I took the name when I was looking to get into Cowboy Action Shooting, and everyone has their "handle". Being an old Cheech and Chong fan, and a redhead, and having a quirky sense of humor... It just seemed to work.
Most people assume I'm a stoner, and, while I'm all for personal liberty and all, I've been employed by the government, either military, contractor, or civil service, since 1982, and Uncle Sam tests me regularly to make sure I'm not having too much fun.

Here in Virginia they are paid $2.19 per hour.... and what's really an obscene problem is that every waiter or waitress has to do "side work" which means making "setups" or packaging napkins and silverware, refilling salt & pepper shakers and sugar/condiment trays, general cleaning - especially wiping greasy kid fingerprints off of glass windows and doors, etc. Most servers get stuck with about 2 hours per shift doing side work - for which they don't get paid regular minimum wage and can't make tips.

If the food is bad, most people don't tip... yet the server doesn't prepare the food.

In virtually every restaurant wait staff are expected to share their tips with the cooks and the host/hostess.

10% would be enough IF they DID get paid real minimum wage.

Here is a random thought for you. " Guard Rail Damage Ahead" Exactly what am I suppose to do with that info. I mean do you speed up and hit it, hey it was already damaged. Get out and fix it if you are handy. Take a picture and share on Facebook. I mean just what the heck is a fella to do????

These signs are certainly the result of lawsuits where people have sued contending "had I known the guardrail was out, I would not have wrecked there".

What is amazing, is that apparently this is an argument that wins in court.

We are pretty much doomed folks.

Naw... We buy bacon in bulk, BBQ or cook in oven. Fridge in paper towels and ziplock... Freeze the rest in same way. Just take out what You need and nuke. Great for walk thru snacks... Kinda like drive bys...

That's the beauty of dilithium, it's completely inert in its unprocessed state. It's only after they are reduced to crystals that they become "ert".
