Post 501 You won't believe what happened at 500

This is actually my five 501st post. I want everyone to know how my life has improved after making my 500th post. Immediately after I hit the enter key on the 500th post the 3 wise men appeared on the side of my trailer, they were Wally Byam, Andy from Inland, and some dude with a 30 ‘ slide. They told me I will never have to ask another question on the forum, that I will never have a problem backing my trailer into a site, and my black tank will stay empty and my freshwater tank full. My wife rushed into the room and told me I was the sexist man alive. My son’s GPA went to 4.0 and the dog is now housebroken. I was promoted at work and the roof stopped leaking. My bald spot has filled in and I do not have to wear glasses anymore. I encourage everyone to keep posting until you reach this milestone. Others who have reached this milestone have kept the benefits a secret. The door bell just rang I have to go it is Publisher’s Clearing House.

Wait until you hit 1000 and get the secret gold rivet. George Clooney will be coming to you for relationship advice, and Donald Trump will be calling you for investment tips.

Sounds similar to what happens when you play country music backwards...Your truck starts running, your dog comes back, you get married...

What can I expect?

Congratulations Rivet Master

I too enjoyed my collective visits from Wally, Andy & Dickey at that initial high-water mark. Everything else you mentioned is routine at our house.

Wally told me to see more of the world, Andy advised me to balance my running gear & thanked me for keeping his business in the black, and Dickey said, "Dude! The '67 Overlander was the best Airstream ever made. I can't top what you already have!"

Okay, so maybe I paraphrased Mr. Riegel a bit...

I am about to hit <return> for post number 1600. I wonder what will happen?

Tom,

Congratulations on your milestone. Sorry you won't be getting a gold rivet though. You can only buy those for $20.
